| About our servicesAre you a registered health professional with experience working in mental health and/or addiction? If so, we have a variety of opportunities to work with children, adults, and older persons across a range of community and inpatient settings. Our services span the lower North Island, encompassing urban, suburban, and rural settings. We provide most of our services in the community, working in partnership with primary health organisations, NGOs, and specialist Māori and Pacific providers. We provide specialist support and advice to GPs, as well as direct treatment. We also deliver culturally tailored specialist services. Te Whare Marie is our specialist Māori mental health service, which provides care that is informed by Māori cultural concepts and pathways of health. Health Pasifika provides services for children, young people and adults in the Pacific communities in Wellington, Porirua and Kāpiti. Our regional and sub-specialty services include addiction, maternal mental health, early intervention in psychosis, assertive community treatment, eating disorders, personality disorder, intellectual disability and mental health, and an adolescent inpatient service. |
