Our service is for anyone in Wellington, Porirua, Kāpiti and the Hutt Valley.

Or you can ask your whānau, friend or other support person to contact us.
Alternatively, your GP or another community health provider can refer you.
Once we’ve spoken with you or with someone who’s supporting you, we will assess you to decide what the best options are.
This assessment may be carried out at a clinic, in your home or at another agreed venue. We will discuss assessment and treatment options with you.
